The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Launch Policy:
Content means a raw file in the form of video or image uploaded in our platforms.
Launch means the upload or the uploaded content.
Launch content refers to: content uploaded by the user.
Service refers to the Application.
Verifiable means a launch contents which can be verified/accepted by our service.
Unverifiable means a launch contents which cannot be verified/accepted by our service.
Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded or online used by You on any electronic device, named Recobe
Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Recobe Tech Private Limited, INDIA.
Country refers to: India
Clause means the guideline, protocol and the required condition in order to verify your launch content.
Clause V refers to the guideline for your launch which are acceptable.
Clause U refers to the guideline for your launch which are not acceptable.
Blank Clause is a special type of clause which has several new reasons to verify or unverify your launch content.
Format refers to file types or formats.
Policy refers to all our policy and upcoming policy like Term policy, Launch polcy and Privacy policy.
Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

If your Launch doesn't fall in any of our Verifiable Launch Policy, You are giving us the right to declare your launch as unverified and if your content voilates any of our terms or policy your account can be suspended or deleted as per the situation. Remember the Clauses defined in the above section is not permanent and it will be modify according to the company decisions. By submitting your launch for the verification in Recobe you are agreeing with us to verify and check you content by using our algorithms.
If your launched content harms or misleads anybody in any manner Recobe will not be responsible for your actions. If your content includes any kind of misinformation about anyone or anybody (Whether it is living or non living) a required action will be take place against your account or the launched content.
By Launching content in our platform you are agreeing with our policies and terms, and if any issue or obstacle comes in any of your verification, unverification and launching process our company will not be responsible for this.
Every time when you launch any content in our platform you are giving us the right to use our Blank Clause if your content doesn't meet with our existing Clauses.
When you submit any data/launch content in our platform it will take sometime to be verified it depends on your content, so we are not promising any time limits for any of your launch content. But as per our verification process we will try to verify your launch as soon as possible because your every launch matters to us.
Changes to this Launch Policy
We may update Our Launch Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Launch Policy on this page.
We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Launch Policy.
You are advised to review this Launch Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Launch Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
